A5 Dotted Notebook - Bee

This is my 12th Yop & Tom journal and I truly believe it is the best for the Daily Sketch Journaling I do. I recently used some others that I was gifted by friends but they just don't compare. Here's to filling a dozen more!

Brilliant attention to detail. So here are some details:
- the design and quality is top grade.
Here are my 2 slight gripes:
1. The paper is too thick. It makes excellent tear-out notes that you can stand up by folding in half - indestructible. But it's not why bought this journal.
20-30% thinner pages would yield more pages. At a min 160 as advertised, though the count goes only to 154.

2. Please don't discontinue your products so fast. I came to buy a different journal, which is no longer available. If you're in the business of making lasting meaningful products, don't have a fickle product line.

Wonderful quality, great thick paper, lies flat. This is my second which I use as a bullet journal.

I switched to yop and tom after years with scribbles that matter journals. I wanted a dot grid journal with page numebers, center marks, and high quality paper that would handle watercolor paints as well as non-watercolor-paper can. I was growing weary of the scribbles that matter paper struggling with my watercolors since they changed their paper. I also was frustrated with the dots not lining up between pages. The yop and tom comes with all the pros of the STM but with none of the drawbacks! Higher quality paper, better alignment between pages, but still has the page numbers and center marks I love from STM. I am officially a convert and will be staying with this brand for the forseeable future!

These are my favorite notebooks. I buy at least two a year for bullet journaling. They are perfect.

Excellent quality all around!

I love these notebooks and use them all the time – for a diary, and also for note-taking and language learning. They are tactile, perfectly designed and hugely versatile. I love the feel of the cover and the weight of the paper.

This is by far my favorite bullet journal- the pages are thick enough to use ink without worrying too much about bleed though and the pages are pre-numbered. Good pocket in the back and there’s a helpful guide for creating rows and columns.

Only thing I wish is that it had more pages… if you do 2 pages a week and month start and wrap up pages there’s enough but if you use more than that it might not last all year.

The cover and the page thickness of the pages is very good quality. I was ready to give 5 stars... until I started setting up my journal for the next year. That's when I noticed that there are only 152 numbered pages, not 160! Yes, this did disrupt my journal setup, and I had to adjust to fit everything I need. Even if you include the key and index pages, there are only 156 pages total, so the product description is incorrect.

I’ve been using Yop & Tom journals for five years. I love the quality and consistency of each journal. I’m never disappointed. Love love love!

The page numbers and table of contents are excellent and the insert with counted boxes saved me the hour it takes for me to make that same page!

Good quality paper and binding. Cover is pretty. But there aren't as many numbered pages as advertised. There are 4 pages at the beginning with roman numerals, which are for the key and index. The actual dotted pages go up to 153, not 160. Even with the roman numeral pages, this only adds up to 157 numbered pages. Usually not a big deal, but this is not true to advertising.

This is my second time purchasing this notebook for bullet journaling. I hard core recommend it!

I have my own copy of the Hummingbird black dot grid journal and received this pink Moon and Stars journal as part of a drawing, so I shared it with a friend as a gift. She was thrilled with it.

I love Yop & Tom A5's for Bullet Journaling. Page numbers are a must and the helpful grid accessory is wonderful too. The heavy pages keep bleed-through to a minimum. I love the different icons on the cover. It makes it much easier to tell which journal is which (I now have many!) at a glance.

Fabulous journal - excellent paper quality and speedy delivery! What more can a girl want!!

As with all Yop & Tom purchases it looks and feels right. As the butterfly is a symbol of transformation and what we can achieve I think this one is going to start 2025 with me to see if I can achieve better.

I bought this right after Black Friday and was delivered a lined notebook instead. Customer service was super quick to reply and everything got worked out fast and easy, 10/10 probably the best customer service experience i've ever had. The notebook is cute as heck and the pages don't bleed through (also i was unaware it came with a pen test page at the end which i think it's actual genius). I'm excited to use this for my 2025 journal!

This is my third dotted journal from Yop and Tom (all others were the same style, just different colors and images) and I've never had an issue. The paper is really thick and holds up to most, if not all, of my pens. Highly recommend - also, the texture of the covers is really nice.

This is honestly one of the best bullet journals I have ever had. The pages are extremely white, which means colours show up amazingly. The mid-marks at the top, side and centre of the page are so useful, and not something I've seen a lot in other journals. The paper quality is really good, and the product arrived super quickly.

writing in this thing is better than sex. id make the shipping a little more secure (was loose inside a bubble-less plastic mailer.) definitely paying for quality paper & lovely otherwise. thank you.

Very well made, beautiful design and colour. Good quality paper. However the cover gets dirty easily but is wipeable.

I love the index, numbered pages, paper quality, and cover design. I wish the cover material felt more durable, and I wish there was a built-in pen loop on the side like many notebooks have.
