What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at contact@yopandtom.com first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer shipping to the USA only from this website. We have a flat $4.99 shipping fee for standard shipping and $9.99 for express shipping. Orders from $70 receive free standard shipping for mainland addresses. 

If express shipping is available for your address, it will appear as an option once your address is entered. If no express shipping option shows, it is not available for that address.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once the parcel has been shipped.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

Digital products like gift cards are shipped immediately via email.

For physical products, it is our policy to ship items as soon as possible after the order is placed. After placing an order you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email.

You will receive an estimated delivery date in the checkout process.

We only fulfil orders during normal workdays, so orders placed in the weekend will be handled on Monday.

Do you deliver to Canada or Mexico?

We do not currently deliver to Canada or Mexico from this website, but you can find a limited selection of our catalogue on Amazon Canada and Amazon Mexico

All our policy links are located at the bottom of our website in the footer, including our privacy policy, terms and conditions, shipping and refund policies.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We try to do everything we can to make sure your item arrives in perfect condition. However, if you do receive a product which is damaged in some way, please don't worry. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so please contact us at contact@yopandtom.com and we'll help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
